yes there was a lot of issues with fraudulent leases and the boys and girls I know that play that game .. would just show up at eviction court with evidence that 1500.00 is fair market rent and that 500.00 is not and judges would usually rule in their favor.Now if the law sunset then there ya go.. its local and talk to an eviction lawyer.. now I know with homeowners you can boot them we do this often when we buy occupied homes with hold over owners.. did one in vegas this year already. its kind of like the 1099 C debt forgiveness that was put aside while the country flushed out all the foreclosures.. its now back in action.so I learned something today and that's why I LOVE BP

Personally, unless you have a real good sense of potential problems and knwo what to do about them, it'd have to be a helluva deal to waive inspections.For ref, read blogs about stuff people find out AFTER they close (which is usually too late to do anything even with a fraudulent seller disclosure).
