Shifts in housing and why Tiny Homes?

Since Covid, there's been a HUGE push for tiny homes with different reasons people are looking toward these smaller structures. As an industry, we STILL combat regulatory and zoning problems. I've set out, launched a company and built a team best suited to address these issues. We are working with several jurisdictions and have found a property that is a likely candidate for our flagship community. We believe tiny homes are a viable solution to the "missing middle" in the housing market and we aim to prove it!

We're looking for people who are interested in investing in the tiny home space, without having to do a lot of the leg work because we've already done it! We have a Crowdfunding Campaign set up and would love to chat with you about it!
