Hey BPers,I'm offering a bond for deed for a buyer of my condo with bad credit from a bankruptcy.

., whether or not it is considered predatory lending or if lender liability can be invoked on some other issue.The real issue for me is that even if it passes muster in a particular state, what happens if the borrower files bankruptcy and does so utilizing Federal guidelines.  

Does it benefit me at all when applying for a loan that my last fha mortgage with flagstar is showing up on my credit reports as paid as agreed/closed and that I dont have any bankruptcies or foreclosures??

The bankruptcy and a fresh proactive mayor have improved the financial condition of the City.

Hello, I am an investor located in Austin, Texas and I am searching for assistance with marketing to people that are in bankruptcy or recently have been discharged from bankruptcy.

I getting lot of people with bankruptcies on their record....from this year, and some still in bankruptcy.

I also look for previous evictions, and bankruptcies. 

Or is the landlord making the money and you may be headed toward bankruptcy?
