Owner Financing Rates
Hey BPers,
I'm offering a bond for deed for a buyer of my condo with bad credit from a bankruptcy. He's putting down 25%, so I'm thinking about charging somewhere between 7-8%, 30 year Am., with 3-5 year balloon. Does this interest rate sound about right for owner financing these days?
