The house was built by a former architect and is rock solid with character.

I've never done a tiny home but as an Architect I think they are great and fun for people that can live in such a small space.

If any architects are reading this thread, they should chime in.

You could talk to a draftsperson or architect to see what it would cost to design the space, then get bids.

@Sanjay Gupta - Very nice job, if you don't mind me asking, what accounted for the additional rehab cost (outside of the $20k for city permit, architect and engineer)?

My question to this community of professionals is this: Is there a value for designers/architects in the real estate/property development arena?

As this is going to be Dentist office, Dentist submitted Plan to the city through architect to construct dental office (including plumbing, electricity, etc).  

Hi Lisa,I am an architect from Los Angeles and am looking to invest in Baltimore as Real Estate in LA is way too prohibitive.

Hire an architect if you want to be fully ADA compliant, not a contractor as they are not a design professional. 

I have build homes and office buildings, garages etc from drafting drawings to working with city and government officials, engineers, architects and finally moving people in.I am a disabled Veteran, But I am not asking for a hand out, Just a leg up to get going.
