Which is basically the turn key business.Joe Bertolino Agreed there is so much more to CA OR WA NV ID UT than just 20 miles from the oceans. in all these areas if you look just a little bit you can buy properties that will match mid west or deep south.. but generally not SFR's generally you need to buy units.. which is really a smarter move for many use up your loan slot for 4 doors instead of one... use your 4 mortgages for 16 doors instead of two. that type of thing.

I'll be concise.Due to the termite damage and poor foundation I brought-in a house moving company, we slid 2 steel I-beams through the house, lifted the entire 2nd story and demoed the first floor down to the dirt.

Hello BP family, I am looking to make an offer on the following property:Condominium 2 bedrooms2 bath1,204 sq ft patio with storage, near pool, wood floors, washer/dryer, fridge includedseller wants $1,850 per month and wants to sell for $335,000I checked the comps using Zillow and it looks like a comparable unit that is a 2/2 that has all upgrades and is asking 313k, the owner said this unit just sold for 310kall the upgrades: dark wood floors throughout, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting, pedestal lighting, upgraded trim, counter back splash, new cabinets and fixtures, floating shelves and a new HVAC unit.Whereas the unit I want to make an offer on has none of these things, but does have a larger square footage (1,204 sf compared to 952 sf).

For example newer steel roof, plumbing, water-heaters, three baths updated,appliances, flooring, some electrical updates ect..
