The user interface is less important than the content and search engine optimization of your site.So choose whatever system you feel comfortable with that gives you a reasonable amount of control over the content and meta data, and focus your efforts on SEO so that you actually get some traffic to the site from which to capture leads.

I had really good SEO and helping someone else out was not inconvenient... just a simple database entry.

While I could say to get a website and pay us to manage your SEO and Pay Per Click campaigns, I know that that requires an investment.  

I don't know your skill sets but I run a digital agency - from home - and all my virtual workers are stay at home moms that do SEO, or writing, computer work, VA's, web design or other things and they all earn at least $2000/mo or more. 

I'm hearing so much about direct mail, SEO, PPC and other Internet marketing techniques.

To get people calling you: Blogging, PPC, SEO, are by far the most effective for me.In general: Coldcalling, mailers, door knocking, and networking.

I have multiple opinions for JLL's best brokers and Colliers about wha to do but its all over the board about getting in now or waiting.I think the market for a small guy like me is to find ( some state) and look for class C or B properties under rented and use new technology to get it more operational and leased up + strong SEO marketing to drive traffic.
