I have gotten started getting started and wanted to get some opinions about marketing and tools.  I have sent out my first mailer, still pre- my first deal.  There are several pieces of marketing strategy I am thinking of implementing over time, but I am also getting started on a shoestring until I have some deals that I can reinvest.

At what point and perhaps what sequence should I consider:

Establishing an official company name? Then an LLC?

Committing to a CRM? (REI Mobile, Podium, Realeflow, Zoho, etc )

Putting out a webpage? (Lead propeller)

Software system?

Other things I am not thinking of?

I am a big fan of Danny Johnson and his products, I think as a software developer and a house flipper he has put together a product that fits exactly what is needed in this arena.  @Danny Johnson

I believe in establishing a presence but don't want to start spending money I don't have before I have even done my first deal.   I want to set myself up for success and get the aspects that are most beneficial going as soon as I can.  Am I over thinking this?  Should I just wait till I have a deal or 2 done?

Thanks for posting.
