Ray...I feel the burn all the way here in Charlotte, NC....The Real Estate Industry is almost as ruthless as Insurance Industry.....The Golden Rule of Wholesaling.....get it under contract before marketing.and be grateful it wasn't a friend or family member....Best of luck...

Wholesaling malpractice will lead to unnecessary punitive legislation that will kill the golden goose and adversely affect the wholesaling professionals.Approach this (or any) deal with this position:  the property needs to be one on which you would and COULD close yourself. 

., if they re-appraise your home to a lower value without the market actually going south, you could gently ask them if they REALLY want to kill this particular golden goose?
