Long story short we used our relationship w/ the local college football team to rent it out to one of the coaches and his fiancé (So Problem solved there).

On top of all of that, it boasts one of the best college football teams Ohio state buckeyes, which is very well known and has a cult following, and attracts a lot of people to the games.

I will be listening to that podcast when I take my son to football practice tomorrow morning.
