Hey everyone,

I'm Zach. I am currently a student at Hardin-Simmons University studying Finance & Economics. I grew up in a family of real estate/marketing people and now want to strike out on my own and start my own investing. I have experience working as a property manager for an owner (around 167 units) and I am wanting to eventually acquire some rental properties myself and also interested in doing some flips eventually once I can get my capital up.

I'm a huge car fanatic and I also love talking anything sports. I'm still learning how to navigate around the forum and such but I am already learning so much. I have an insatiable desire to learn and develop my skills in real estate and I know this will help me out a lot.

I'm always interested to meet and network with anyone in this area and excited to be a part of such a great community of real estate investors!

I don't want to take up the thread discussing college football, so message me anytime and it'd be fun to talk some ball! But just know, I'm from the southeast so UT for me means Tennessee :) I'm Rocky Top all the way! And I may or may not be an Alabama fan so we won't talk about the 2010 championships ;) It was fun out here in LA for that one though... I had never heard so many southern accents out here! Felt like home.
