Hey everyone,

I'm Zach. I am currently a student at Hardin-Simmons University studying Finance & Economics. I grew up in a family of real estate/marketing people and now want to strike out on my own and start my own investing. I have experience working as a property manager for an owner (around 167 units) and I am wanting to eventually acquire some rental properties myself and also interested in doing some flips eventually once I can get my capital up.

I'm a huge car fanatic and I also love talking anything sports. I'm still learning how to navigate around the forum and such but I am already learning so much. I have an insatiable desire to learn and develop my skills in real estate and I know this will help me out a lot.

I'm always interested to meet and network with anyone in this area and excited to be a part of such a great community of real estate investors!
