Hi I was wondering if the rookie bootcamp is going to be open for the summer because I dont see it as an option you can select to enroll.

I've decided my first property will be an STR and I'm currently enrolled in the BP STR bootcamp!  

So do Enrolled Agents (EAs) licensed on a Federal level.

I am admittedly biased because I am an Enrolled Agent.That being said, there are enough problems that arise unexpectedly.  

Some Universities are preparing for the possibility on not opening and / or having less enrollment.  

I am currently enrolled in classes to obtain my Real Estate License and I am eager to engage in wholesale deals and eventually expand my portfolio to include fix and flips.As a driven professional, I am keen on establishing connections with other investors and wholesalers within the state.

I'm actually enrolled in the Tim and Julie Harris coaching program, so I use their scripts.

Many schools have programs to connect students, however I don't know whether you are enrolled or not.

It could also have something to do with enrollment in local colleges- can vary depending on each freshman class size from year to year.

However, I verify the student is actually enrolled and I get a parent guarantee.
