I can produce these leads in any market and I am looking to expand into other markets but it is hard to find investors with the diversity of enough of knowledge to be considered transaction engineers.

Diversity is the name of the game.

Funds offer diversity, but generally have longer-term commitments.  

I guess I should put that on my business card :) There's a pretty diverse group of rentals in the 45/BWS area.

We did look at Anniston (we have friends there) and I'd like a bit of diversity at some point, but the problem is that there is a complete lack of jobs.

This is a great community where you will find a wealth of diversity and a whole lot of diversity... except from me.  

Here is where I'm stuck.....This particular area has a not so diverse economy.

Diverse in economy, traffic flows from rt. 81, 66, 11 through and around it.
