I wasn't leaving the bathroom and kitchen fixtures in the same exact place, this is what caused me to have to get architect stamped drawings.

You can simply ride your bike right into the house, prop it next to the dining room table, and use the bike's cup holder to hold your beer.

If it has new fixtures, appliances, etc. those maintenance costs might be a bit high.

Wholesaling isn't might cup of tea or specialty(at least not yet).
