I am just getting starting wholesaling and I definitely think that this deal is going to be big.

I am looking to get into the wholesaling side (as are many others) and I have found a great person to help me on my journey!

A mentor of mine by the name of Nick Ruiz had a podcast on BiggerPockets and through that, I was able to find this wonderful site chock full of RE info and those that are involved in RE.My immediate goal is to get started in Real Estate wholesaling (the right way lol) and eventually move into rehabs/fix and flips and eventually buy and holds.

My advice to new investors is to start wholesaling properties.

Would a business license be required in addition to an LLC to do wholesaling, buy and holds, fix and flips?

In such a hot market, there lies great potential for wholesaling that many don't even think is possible.

I'm currently leaning towards wholesaling and flipping to start since I don't know much yet about contractors and fixing things up.

Try making offers on Craiglist FSBO.Have you considered  wholesaling in upstate NY and or CT? 

Armen, if this is truly a deal, consider putting under contract & then wholesaling it.

My plan is to learn use the finance experience and relationships I build through them to learn how to do wholesaling and rehab methods and start doing deals myself.
