My current employer used to host the largest REI meet up each month, but right now that's online - our old venue went out of business so we are looking for a new home for the event when we reopen.

For our first home, we're trying to tell our cute story (engaged at the beginning of the pandemic & can't have a wedding for a couple of years, so buying our first house instead).

I'm in northern California and I have posted rental listings on Craigslist and Zillow, but now Zillow is charging a fee and I am not sure if it is worth subscribing to them, so I am down to one option (Craigslist).  H...

Concert venues have kept having dates pushed back, with current concerts being pushed back to March of 2021 (after being pushed back to August 2020 originally).

Then be creative for their current use, wedding venue, events, horse boarding, mental health retreats for the rich, drug rehab for the rich. 

Seems like a good fit for our busy day jobs, upcoming wedding and wanting to start a family soon..I wish housing hacking was an option but it's not for us in our 30's lol.Sorry if this was long winded - would love some advice on what you would do in our situation.Many Thanks!! 

The cultural / political venues are strikingly different for sure.I've lived farther southeast of Jacksonville @ the Atlantic Ocean in  PonteVedra Beach and it all seemed like south Georgia to me. 

So my fiance and I have been together for some time on track to our wedding. 

On Wed, July 29, 2020 tenants informed me that there was a fire on the outside of the home on Mon, July 27, 2020.
