I just watched a Youtube video of a lady who bought a House on the East side of Florida and when she received the updated Property Tax bill that tripled, she put the house up for sale and is moving back to North Carolina.

It's not the easy endeavor that the people on the videos make it seem like.

Stop hanging out with your deadbeat buddies that spend all day drinking, talking sports, and otherwise wasting away.

One is a group or video series approach and the other is "hands on, one on one" training.

I came across this video, very very inspiring!

The first 5 times will be painful and frustrating - watch one of Brandon's or David G's videos on how to run the numbers - you'll become quick after a few dry runs.Just make sure you underwrite the deals against your Goals (ROI %, Cashflow $, potential longterm appreciation, etc), and run the numbers as if you're NOT in the property. 

I'll definitely be checking out that YouTube video.
