After 13 years being in this trade I am burnt out and ready for a change.

I am a nurse by trade and have been reading books and consuming a lot of media about investing, but am wondering if a coach could help me find better deals and avoid preventable mistakes.

If you had enough volume in Michigan it might be worth bringing some of these trades up. 

Ideally you want to make sure it's near a major highway so tenants have easy access points to their customer base, especially with the trade type tenants like plumbers, HVAC etc.   

OR get a GC to handle all the different trade folk?

For named hurricanes, cyclones and tropical storms and National states of emergency due to weather, and directed at NE Florida, we will consider on a case by case basis for cancellations within the 5 day window. if anyone has suggestions on a better way to handle I am all ears. 

Couple reasons for this.1. sucks to lose money every month when you just put down 20%, which can be a lot of money2. what if there is some kind of emergency i.e. large maintenance, non paying tenant, etc, then you are really in a bind and obviously that comes out of your personal funds3.

Schlage is usually doing maintenance on the servers which can cause the locks to become disconnected.Another thing you could do is put in 5 or so emergency codes for guests just in case.
