The attorney lease may be legal but it's typically not well-tailored to a Landlord or Property Manager.I wrote my own based on my experience and research of lease agreements from around the country.

Also was wondering if anyone from Idaho had to take them in to a real estate lawyer to tailor them to our state laws and if you did, how much did it cost?

After months and months of missing out on deals I decided to rethink my strategy so I found an area where the price point was more tailored to my circumstances yet still had a good rental market.
