LOL.but its a million to two million to set up one of their auto wash's I looked at building one.but came to the conclusion if I wanted to do that I had to then go into that business and build multiple stores and be a car wash king.I have seen others do the little self serve ones as hobbies.. but not a passive income play by any means.

Yeah, he likely would have lost, but if there was any sincerity in his remarks, I give him some credit...He said:"[I do] not love Congress [and that the body] is not operating as it should....It may be shocking that someone in public office would actually decide to voluntarily step down, but I reached a conclusion that if I could help to create jobs by growing a business, or help educate our children in a university or college, or help a philanthropy or charity, I would be getting more done to help people in their daily lives than Congress is currently doing."

So at the conclusion of this year we have 3 very nice single family homes in our real estate portfolio that we own free and clear with awesome tenants.It’s my goal to purchase, renovate and rent out 2 more homes in 2011 with a stretch goal of 3.I wish all of you continued success in the coming year, and my sincere thanks to the BP community for your continued support.
