I see countless droves of investors start out with a juicy, alluring vision of a home run and watch base hit after base hit roll across the plate and don't take any action on them. 

You gotta have VISION to see beyond this exterior...The trees are AMAZING...

Mostly what I got from him and some of the other "old-timers" was long term vision and understanding of the big picture.Now one of my partners in my wholesaling business actually had a hired mentor from Russ Whitney's education group come and mentor her for 4 or 5 days.

Since housing prices are the lowest they have been in a decade, it does not take a lot of vision to see there can be a lot of money to be made here.I have seen investors buying discounted homes out of the foreclosure and short sale market, rent them out for a period of 3 - 5 years and plan to sell them after the market recovers.

Met with KW here in Houston and I love their philosophy, vision and energy at this particular market center.
