Music to my ears!

I’ll take less money, work for my investors in empty houses, play my music and just work with no distractions. just like my wife is so much more productive working from home now rather than an office which is constant distractions.   

it is also located 1 block from a brewery and music venue.1. is this the best way to structure this deal if I want to keep and operate it long term? 

Ideally passively as an investor, mostly because I don't have the proper accolades myself to actually run one nor operate one (in Hawaii there has to be a licensed RN at the very least). 

@Patrick Shaw if your mental health is at stake find another place (without snakes) and face the music if there is any to be faced.

Not sure if the music is stopping or not, but the bigger lesson here is keep her card.

As you are the one who will get stuck with it when the music stops, it needs to be paid and charged to the tenant to avoid a massive bill in the end.  

As for the Hidden Hills house, the elephantine property is located in a guard-gated community perhaps most famous for being home to numerous professional athletes, hip-hop music stars and the Kardashians.
