He has been living here for 13 days.Recently I got into an altercation with him, he left a pair of scissors in the living room and I used it but forgot about it and left it in my room.Next day he banged on my door asking if I had his scissors and he started yelling at me and been randomly harassing me.He was very nice and seemed great until this scissor incident and I feel very uncomfortable and decided I want him out asap and let him know and he is threatening to sue me.He is currently on a yearly lease.Does anyone have any advice?

You have 2 choices: 1) Do something, or 2) Do nothing.....In my opinion, you can't let an incident like this go unanswered, in a sense that would be you condoning what happened and I doubt you do.
