I think it's harder to do well.One last suggestion, for the final touch you could order a few custom branded Google Cardboard goggles to send with the investor package - your prospective investors can immerse themselves in the Matterport scan and have a memento that is way better than a calling card.

If you are just starting off I'd agree that it is going to be quite hard to wholesale, but as with anything I think if you immerse yourself into the subject, prepare yourself, study, research and have an I WILL DO THIS attitude, anything can be done.

If you want to be truly attentive in any one place, you need to really be all there and have meaningful interaction with people.If you try to get fully immersed in ALL of the social media platforms out there, you can literally spend all day chasing your tail and ignoring your actual business.

I always default to " get your real estate license" they may never use it.. but the foundation and education they get from it at say 18 will be far better than most other types of training and they can get the idea of how finances an RE works.its was hands down the best thing I did at 18 .. of course I used it and went right into selling RE at 18 ( not easy but I made it work).. you are then immersed in finance and better able to judge what is good debt what is necessary to have and what you can truly afford. also young folks should simply follow Dave Ramsy cant ever get hurt with his advice when your young and on budget.
