By the way, I lost all my respect for all the HGTV celebrities like Mike Holmes, Hilary Farr, Scott who gives their faces to cover these scammers and receive money in exchange by taking the money of vulnerable people like retired, laid-off and divorced people and make you believe that they help poor people by giving away or renovate homes!

They've put in some hip restaurants there, but they don't seem to be doing well and just lost their celebrity chef that oversaw everything including his signature place. 

You might get some over the holidays since families come to town and celebrate together.

Also, interestingly enough, I just picked up a great (new to me) watch to celebrate the sale of a recent flip.
