First tenants after renovation…

… But it’s Such a small place

Why would they pay so much?

First happy tenants just moved in! Our Celebration

2 Kazakh girls rented the flat, their first comments was

* Wow so cute

* so big

* So quiet

* Nice view

hahaha…

I don’t disagree, but big?

Yes, because they were in a hostel the first 5 days! They were paying MUCH more. So in that contrast they LOOOOVE this place.

They were even OK with the 2 flats hearing some noise between them. It makes sense, because in a hostel it’s WAY louder.

I even knew if they went to an airbnb or hostel first they would appreciate this even more.

BUT if a privileged person who lives in a big house now, sees this place, it’s SO SMALL and cramped and uncomfortable and noisy.

So as Einstein says, “It’s all relative”.

And I think with the same apartment, these 2 girls think they own the world, and 1 other person thinks it’s a prison. these 2 are super happy, the other person would feel like the world is committing a crime against them.

Also same with jobs, people think whoever work harder jobs, they being exploited, but they never think what’s the alternative? Starving, working on a farm under the scorching sun and having barely enough food to survive? That’s how economy works in China and India. For those people it’s probably an UPGRADE to work in a factory 12h.
