New investor from Overland Park, KS

Hello everyone,

My name is Don and I'm a new investor here in Overland Park, KS. I am currently reading the bigger pockets book " The book on rental property investing by Brandon Turner " haha and looking to making my first purchase here possibly the end of this year or end of 2020. Right now I guess I'm wanting to build a team and looking for some friends/mentors/ business partners to help me with the process. Anyways mainly just wanted to introduce myself on here since I've made a few post and have not yet actually introduced myself yet. If any of you are in the Overland Park, KS or Kansas City area, and feel like having some coffee and talking real estate/Traveling and watches (yes time pieces) Let me know.
