Hello everyone,

My name is Don and I'm a new investor here in Overland Park, KS. I am currently reading the bigger pockets book " The book on rental property investing by Brandon Turner " haha and looking to making my first purchase here possibly the end of this year or end of 2020. Right now I guess I'm wanting to build a team and looking for some friends/mentors/ business partners to help me with the process. Anyways mainly just wanted to introduce myself on here since I've made a few post and have not yet actually introduced myself yet.
