My concern is if recession happens then what fed has to come out, it has already printed lots of green papers, interest rate already down so can't affod further rate cuts, Fed won't be able for so many bail out this times...Either there will be no recssion or it's will be worst ever.also now since everything is global, so it won't be limited to one region,

```````````````````Exclusive: N.Y. regulator subpoenas 'contract for deed' lenders Reuters - Money | Fri May 13, 2016 | 8:57pm EDTBy Suzanne BarlynNew York's financial regulator sent subpoenas on Friday to both a unit and an affiliate of Apollo Global Management, LLC, New York Mortgage Trust and Battery Point Financial for details about seller-financed home sales, a person familiar with the matter said.The New York Department of Financial Services (NYDFS) wants information about the terms of a type of home transaction the companies facilitate, known as a "contract for deed," to see if there are state financial services law violations or issues with improper interest rates, among other concerns, the person said.An Apollo Global spokesman declined to comment.NYDFS sent subpoenas to the company's ARM Manager, LLC unit, which manages Apollo Residential Mortgage Inc, a separate, publicly-traded real estate investment trust that also received a subpoena.A spokesman for those entities confirmed that the companies had received subpoenas and said they "intend to cooperate fully."

Corporations will likely begin developing their own schools to serve their own needs (this happened with a Bank in Brazil that couldn't location enough qualified prospects).(2)  Patent System overhaul....Due to speed of innovation, our patent system now discourages, not encourages innovation.(3) Remove all money from politics (unfortunately, I don't think this will happen).(4) All countries must develop a global governmental body and give it sufficient power to effectively police and punish corporations that commit crimes globally, particularly in countries with little power.

In between 2005 and now we had this thing called the Global Financial Crisis, which arguably was caused by just such sales as the next door one - to people who couldn't really afford to make the repayments (multiplied by MILLIONS of similar sub-prime loans within a short period of time, just before the banks realized {or, meticulously planned} - oops - we need our money back)!
