I know the homes in this area are a little more expensive due to the school district, but I think that could also make it a desirable rental property location for people who want to get their kids into the district.The other thing that intrigues me about the East side is West Clermont getting a new school, and what looks like alot of dollars being put into the Eastgate area to make it more desirable.

Of course Parkville and Liberty are great areas but they will be more expensive.Make sure you check the school district; not so much for which one is better, but for tax reasons.

Find out what zoning your desired use would be allowed in and then look for those districts and see what's developed there.

This is all public info - you s/b able to visit the tax appraisal district site for the address the property is in, and look up each component (city, county, ISD, hospitals, etc.) of the tax bill.

Nobody really makes 200%, if you are thinking building a house at $80/sf then selling it at 240/sf, then obviously you are not computing everything, land, loan costs, permits, zoning, tap fees, school district, fre dept fees, etc.
