I'd like to be responsible for creating better places for people to live and generally enhance my hometown.

The good thing is that those skills can be enhanced and it's never too late to start working on them.

I would also love, love, love to be able to reply to a post without being forced to scroll to the very end of hundreds of posts that sometimes exists (I believe this is a general enhancement request though, which isn't specific to the app).

Cash Flow, Income and Expense, Commercial Enhancements and various complex equity waterfalls and many factors requires reasoned professionals to "size" up.

Some counties have comprehensive information on their websites (or like my home county, can't even get year built right).

Your best option is to get the full property performing before you move in, as your occupation in the larger building does not enhance your cash flow.
