Purchasing a home at auction
Does anyone have any experience and advice that you can give in reference to purchasing a home at auction? I am not sure what research needs to be done and how? I know that I can get a title search done but is there anything else? How do I know if there are illegal additions or any violations with the state/county etc? Also, will I be allowed to go view the property before making a bid?
