Are you buying near downtown?

This area is close to down town Tucson, the University of Arizona, and Pima Community College.

I plan on purchasing mf in the downtowns of the cities surrounding Houston, mainly those with a more “Americana” type of feel( white picket fences, 4th of July block parties, neighbors worship together, founding families are still around and they let you know it, high walkability score, families are out on the street with neighbors, doors are unlocked.....)It is tough to comp certain property because they might be the only type (or one of the only two) AND some of these towns do not allow any more MF to go up, so the MF owners set the market.

I own several short rentals downtown and would love to hear about your experiences outside the city.

I am looking at downtown parking spaces and wondering if it is possible to find and bundle 10 or so parking spaces from different owners and then to be able to get one loan on the whole thing.

We're 2 miles south of Downtown, so very central.

We have an A-/B+ property downtown as well.

But the downtown cores are pretty jacked up prices!
