Hello all!  I am exploring Birmingham as a potential investment location.  Where are the best places to invest in A, B and C+ SFRs properties?  Looking for any insights that would prove valuable and/or a local agent who I can work with.

Hi Richard,

I’m a realtor here in Birmingham and an investor getting started in the Avondale/Crestwood neighborhoods. We have an A-/B+ property downtown as well. I’d love to talk to you about what you’re looking for and see if I can help.
