Don't let this distract you from the numbers and the deal itself!

Excitement can be distracting and there were stuff we definitely missed.

This way, they will have less overheads on employees and are also less distracted from their main focus, i.e., raising capitals and other RE projects. 

I was initially focused on multifamily buy and hold but am experiencing a serious case of shiny object syndrome and keep getting distracted by brrrr and short term rentals.

Life has so many distractions and temptations especially for someone in young adulthood.

So...what suggestions do you have for narrowing my focus to one area and quit being distracted by everything else out there?

The small rate diff is just a distraction from reality in this market environment.
