Atlanta flip been on market for a while. Advice needed!

I have a property in the Pittsburgh neighborhood in Atlanta that was purchased back in Sep 2021. Spent a few months to renovate it and listed on March 15th 2020. It has been almost 30 days and only got 5 showings so far. Our comps show that we listed the property at fair market value, but what surprised me was the 5 showings in 30 days. I recently sold my other flip in Bankhead and got more showings than this one. Any idea why?

Good job with the reno. Full disclosure that I am a REALTOR in the area. But a couple of items that we recommend all of our investors/flippers do if at all possible. Place the cook top where a traditional vent hood or even microwave with vent over top. We have had a lot of customers with this preference. Also, whenever possible add a dual vanity in the primary bedroom. I understand you are scrambling for space at this square footage with a 3/2. We also recommend staging the whole house right now if you can.
Knowing this area very well, I know you are directly across from the Board of Ed building. This only makes your curb appeal for your yard that much more important. You want to capture their eye and distract them from what is across the street.
I'll also echo what everyone else said. At the end of the day it comes down to price.
