It is a fantastic winter and summer destination and I hope to move there someday.

Once we know the destination, then we can make a plan to get there.

In that time, I have seen property values increase exponentially in almost every popular destination except for one.

That’s a bit like saying I have a car that maxes out a 60 miles an hour, but I’m going to plan to get to my destination at a rate of 100 miles per hours because I have to be there by such and such time.  

Without a good team, you are destined to fail even if on paper the numbers work.
