What does the wizened experienced brain trust have to say?

If nothing more than to pick her brain & ask questions, it'd be well worth it to give her a call if you're looking to invest & do renovations outside of Denver. 

However, I'm still confused and unconfident.Real estate is completely new to me and at this moment I'm still training my brain to think like a professional investor before I take my first step of doing some small professional deals in action, although I've done some RE investments personally and I've been told by many people, "just take actions first and learn from mistakes."

He told me how they stole from him, they acted like a bunch of children, everybody was doing something to everybody else ... absolutely not worth the brain damage.I mentored my sister from knowing nothing about re to being a successful broker working for herself, done well over 50 deals at this point, successful by any standard.

True,  numbers do not lie  but incompetent scatter brained appraisers or realtors for that matter, make mistakes all the time.

There you can network and pick the brains of many people.
