So, the large percentage YoY increases in median prices seen in the graphics above are not an artificial product of last year’s shut down.

Anyhow it would be a cute little place but definitely  a big job.

I would actually argue that perhaps Mohamed and Jesus, like military veterans, SHOULD be writing love letters, to humanize themselves (cute baby pics, etc) in the eyes of the seller and overcome those challenges, in both cases.

Cute but not really funny or true. 

Did a walk through and it looks cute & decent shape on the outside, livable but poor condition in one unit, unit two is in better shape.
