It should be reasonable for the area.If my lease requires 30 day notice, it also requires a full calendar month.

I used to worry about having to send notifications to tenants and even thought of creating google calendar invitations, but the Tellus app sends the app notifications for me so I don’t have to remind them anymore.

@Brennan Boyd, just checked my calendar and I can't do 1/25 but 2/1 is good for me.

Then whenever you plan to visit the island, you can block those dates off of your calendar and treat it like your home. 

If I were you I would set a timer on: for say 3 to 6 months: (notice how my timer is more of a pseudo timer or more like a calendar). 

Hello Philly Flippers,I am in the process of applying for a 10 year tax abatement on my recently completed flip and just learned that you are supposed to apply for it in the same calendar year that the permits were issued (in this case 2018).

In my opinion Bookingsync is a bit pricey to manage just a calendar.
