But it's not worth a fraction of the price.)Just browsing this forum for a few days has already given me more info that I can actually use than a hundred of those seminars.

I routinely browse the crime news on Cleveland.com and this area and this area is relatively quiet.

The other two pictures on it and they were more discretionary things; a 1972 Chevrolet Chevelle and a picture of the Saturday night Nascar Race at Bristol, TN held every August that I want to take my uncle too.I'm sure they will happen, I browse the Chevelle's at every car show I go to with my buddies, too busy plowing all my money into Real Estate though!..

If you aren't already listening to the podcasts in addition to browsing the forums, I'd highly recommend you look into them.

Personally I used Redfin the most when I am not logged into the MLS, I like the interface the best. 

(As an aside, a quick tip for searching BP forums; I'll often just use Google and put in my search terms plus "site:www.biggerpockets.com" rather than searching through the BP interface itself.)Out of curiosity, what areas are you looking in?  

And it also helps to have someone who understands your situation and startegy to validate your deal before you make an offer.I set up MLS Portals for my clients so they can browse inventory and have real time data, which basically gives them MLS access for their target area.

Their interface is super easy to use.
