Notice to all newbies like myself, Answering the phone all the time is work, it isn't easy and some people are really rude about receiving a letter, which I find odd.However I think I'm doing ok at phone screening, it's becoming natural and fluid to get through the rapport building and questions.I keep getting hung up on one question that many callers are asking, "How did you get my name and address?"

Right now they(the owners) agreed to let the tenant brake the lease without having any penalty, but the tenant will not pay this month and demand $4000 in moving fees, and here I need BP's members expertise to suggest what should be the next step.The second issue is that they want out of the whole owner occupied/managers of the building, they were thinking about selling units, unfortunately I am not familiar with the process, if someone can please help out, it'll be greatly appreciated.I apologize for the heavy complex issue/s.Thank you !

Okay, so an update:Things are a bit fluid at the moment and after the owner's initial termination form letter with a 30 day vacate deadline the other tenants (my brother included) may have decided to withhold rent until they can find a new place.
