My wife and I are expecting a baby here in the next few weeks, and the process has been much cheaper and easier than it was with traditional insurance. 

I was especially elated to see the light at the end of the tunnel on this reno as I’m currently pregnant with our second child, and had both hoped to be able to help my husband complete this job before I’m huge, and actually have a done house by the time baby # 2 arrives.

Many of the proposed changes make sense but two of the changes are simply a disaster and an example of throwing the baby out with the bath water.

(Both because they’re caring people and because it’s hard to pay rent when you need to buy clothes and a bed.)2) there’s a chance the renters insurance will pay for damage caused by the tenant

Tenant A (night owls living in 1st floor) has been reaching out to us because she has seizures and had been getting multiple injuries due to Tenant B's "slamming and banging in anger"  as he has a baby (probably tenant A makes noises at night).

Food, clothes, cars, houses, high unemployment, etc... and no one believes that it is sustainable.   

I'm sure you could use the extra space with a baby on the way.

He just had a baby this year and more recently just lost the best job(career) he has ever had because of the vaccine mandate situation.
