Sorry anti guru, wholesaling involves work. 

I know that condos can be a good business, in the right location, where you have a good management company, where owners are not anti-rental, where most units are owner occupied keeping within financing compliance, probably where the complex isn't full of amenities, tennis courts, pool, clubhouse, BBQ shelters, boat docks-ramps and gardens as such is simply more maintenance later on.  

It's an anti-microbial that you cut with water and spray on everything.

@Shaun ReillyYou make great points, human nature can cross all boundaries and classifications.I agree with a lot of the anti-wholesale crowd in theory, there's a lot of amped up, unregulated newbies with dollar signs spinning in their eyes that are being unleashed upon unsuspecting citizens.

My fear with RI is exactly what you note (high taxes, anti-business, etc).
