Regardless, physicians are still in an amazing position to do very well for themselves, if only most of them knew what they were doing (it would blow your mind to hear the speculative nonsense I hear in the doctor’s lounge every day).The culture of medicine aside, I am truly amazed at the possibilities within real estate.

You can also have them just deposit rent into your bank or do ACH.

I also offered to look into ACH automatic transfer, paying 2x a month, etc. 

Grandson and daughter we sooooo happy to sell.Next group of properties, divorced couple, man out of country with new young wife, ex-wife stuck managing rentals in her seventies...really happy to sell.Next group, ill, 84 year old owner with kids in medicine and law who didn't want poorly maintained rentals.Next triplex, inherited property owned by OOS children of original owner.

That is about the extent of the cash handling available in such accounts, so many investors will choose to have a true bank account as well if they want a debit card, the ability for inbound ACH transactions on payments/rents, etc.

@Russell Brazil  not sure what all the heart ache here or worry is with this stuff virtually every sales contract in every state that i read has a fill in the blanks due diligence clause. 

So we have been taking really good pictures of it and will use those to advertise with, but that was my thoughts Dennis, we do not want the head ache of people bugging us to get in before we are ready.
