Interesting politics here...Regulators reassure lenders on QM rulesby Ryan Smith | Dec 16, 2013Federal regulators on Friday tried to reassure lenders that as long as they issue sound mortgages, they shouldn’t worry about regulatory action.In a joint statement, the Federal Reserve, the FDIC, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the National Credit Union Administration said lenders shouldn’t worry about issuing loans that don’t meet the “qualified mortgage” standard taking effect in January.

A determination that an assistance animal poses a direct threat of harm to others or would cause substantial physical damage to the property of others must be based on an individualized assessment that relies on objective evidence about the specific animal's actual conduct — not on mere speculation or fear about the types of harm or damage an animal may cause and not on evidence about harm or damage that other animals have caused.However, according to the Pet Ownership for the Elderly and Persons With Disabilities final rule by HUD you do not have to make an accommodation if the dog "pose[s] an undue financial and administrative burden."

They expect taking 6 months for the renovation.his is the owners accouting of what he thought income/expenses would run: projected income 36 2 bedrooms x $550/month = 237600 per year minus 8% loss rent 19008 per year total income 218,592 per year projected expenses taxes: 21988 per year insurance: 10000 per year maintenance/supplies: 12000 per year legal/administrative: 3000 per year salaries: 20000 per year Misc. expenses: 10000 per year Reserves: 36000 per year Utilities: 6500 per year Management Fee: 36000 per year Total expenses: 155488 per year Net operating income: 63104 per year think the projected expenses are way high. 36K for management....i thought closer to 5% was normal for this type of project.

Grabato We never heard you complain when mysterious, unknown, anonymous new posters who had never posted anywhere on the internet before (let  alone BP)  suddenly came out of the shadows to serve up posts in rapid succession that were suspiciously complimentary to your firm, (Many from the same IP address, according to the Forum administrator) You can't have it both ways.

No question that judgments run with the person and any real property owned in same county of record, but if the then record owner died and title passed to the daughter through the probate process (read that as administrators deed, or executor's deed, or other) then that judgment very likely got wiped out when title passed.

@Leeta SongCreating a buyers list I would create a squeeze page with word press and Optimize Press plug in.I would have a different URL for home staging and write articles about home staging with the url embedded.For your client for LOCAL meet up group, just advertise meet up on forums.

In this case I would just pay the management company as my time would be a lot more valuable and I would not want to spend time doing administrative tasks such as described above.
