Finding Specific Wholesale deals

Hey guys, this is my first post so I'm excited to hear back from you. I'm looking to find ways to find wholesale deals that you would not normally find using the MLS. Typically people they want to sell their properties but have not yet decided to sell. Examples would be of owners of properties that either live out of state that have a house that is sucking them dry and are willing to get rid of it. You know, things of that nature. Any ideas? Trying to get ahead of the curve.

By the way this website is awesome! Thanks!

@David Hartoon I would suggest using the search function as there are MANY threads that will answer your question. I would spend as much time as possible here on BP to educate yourself on wholesaling, it's a lot harder than most expect it to be.
