I like to believe that this experiences will give me some advantages during my seek of sustainable wealth through Real Estate,  Truth is I wish I had concentrate my efforts in this world way before.About Miami, depends on the area, speak Spanish may be useful, I don't know how is the Market according other areas, but still there is some move, the prices are really high, but I have seen some investors finding deals out there.Take Care, and listen to the Bigger Pockets Podcasts.

Good advice both @Tony Castronovo and @Vijaianand ThirnageswaramSaying that....if you have any recommended contractors in Houston - do let me know :) Agree with the comment where you have to have some "synergy" but I am still a firm believer in recommendations from other investors.

And since the utility company uses them they are probably going there anyway.I appreciate the advice, I would have never thought of looking into how they pay their utilities....now if I can just find a PM software that has a spanish tenant portal I would be set!

My only delimma is a slight language barrier, the tenants primarily speaking Spanish, and me intuition telling me they are not being upfront with how many people are living in this property.
