Current college student interested in property management. HELP!

I am currently a junior at George Mason University in Virginia. I am majoring in business admin. with a minor in spanish. I would like to get some feedback from current or retired property managers. I really just want to know how you like your jobs, what you dont like. The goods the bads. Payscale. Even if you DO NOT reccommend one going into this field. Also I would like to know which property area is better to be in ex.- condos..houses..apartments. Any input would be greaty appreciated.
