My name is Shane Barone and I am a fairly new member here to bigger pockets.

Having a retail code with residential may not mean you can put in a resturant with a bar on the ground floor and apartments on upper levels.

Also, the pink bathroom.

. :) But, it is more likely you may need to find an animal with a similar body type and attach a custom horn and paint it purple, pink, rainbow or whatever color/s you choose.

If any of you are going let me know as it may be worth trying to set up a BP Kiwi meet up in the bar one of the evenings(yes I'm a southern boy at heart so the bar is the perfect spot ;-) ).

My question is can the landlord be only responsible for one visit to paint where ever the tenant want rather than the second trip.I forgot to mention that within that 8 years i found out that the tenant painted their bedrooms orange, pink and blue.
