Athens is only an hour from Atlanta and I went to the University of Georgia so I have a sense of familiarity with the area and demand.

There is a large talent pool from prestigious universities in the area.

We had tons of interest from small families and young professionals because of the size of the home, freeway access, and proximity to the local university and hospital.

If you are planning on going into public service and are currently at a state university you can apply those zero dollar payments towards public loan forgiveness.
